1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Memorya AB's website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We accept payment via Stripe.

3. Discounts and Newsletter

When you activate a discount code by entering your email address, you agree to receive marketing, offers, and news via email. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails or by contacting us at kontakt@memorya.se. We never sell your information to third parties.

4. Delivery

Delivery normally takes 5–7 business days. Free shipping for orders over 599 kr, otherwise a shipping cost of 49 kr applies.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

At Memorya, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your personally customized poster. Since each product is unique based on your uploaded image and is a custom-made item, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act (2005:59) does not apply.

No returns for change of mind: Personally customized products (posters from your image) cannot be returned or cancelled if you simply changed your mind. This exception applies because the product has a clear personal character and is manufactured to order.

6. Complaints for Defects

You always have the right to file a complaint if the product has defects, e.g., print errors, damage during delivery, or deviation from your generated preview.

• Contact us within 1 year of receipt at kontakt@memorya.se with your order number, images of the defect, and a description.
• We cover return shipping for approved complaints and offer repair, reprint, or refund.
• The product should be returned in unchanged condition where possible.
